1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer region-based delivery across Ontario. The estimated delivery times and costs are as follows:

• Regional Municipality of Niagara: CAD 20, ~20 minutes
• Regional Municipality of York: CAD 35, ~87 minutes
• Hamilton: CAD 25, ~48 minutes
• Peel County: CAD 25, ~60 minutes
• Halton County: CAD 25, ~60 minutes
• Toronto: CAD 35, ~90 minutes
• Scarborough: CAD 35, ~100 minutes
• Other Areas: CAD 35, ~1 day

Delivery times and costs depend on your location. Please check at checkout or contact us for a quote.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location. Please refer to the shipping methods section for detailed pricing.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders over CAD 400. This offer applies only to qualifying orders within our delivery areas.

5. Order Tracking

Currently, we do not provide order tracking. However, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

6. Delivery Areas / Restrictions

We deliver exclusively within Ontario. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. International Shipping

Naija Good Food does not provide international shipping. We only serve customers located within Canada.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

9. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our location in St. Catharines, Ontario. Please select the local pickup option at checkout.
