Naija Good Food Return & Refund Policy

At Naija Good Food, we strive to provide you with the best authentic Nigerian cuisine experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

2. Eligible Items

Returnable Items:

  • Local Dishes: Abacha/Kpomo/Fish and Nkwobi/Cowleg (in original condition)
  • Soups: Afang Soup, Bitter Leaf Soup, and Oha Soup (in original condition)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any items that have been consumed or partially consumed
  • Items that are not in their original packaging or have been opened

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all tags and labels
  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naijagoodfood@gmail.com or call +1 416 473 8934. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any items that have been consumed or opened
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over CAD 75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
